We are seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will serve as the delivery lead, orchestrating the integrated schedule across multiple workstreams and dependent projects. ** This role will require being onsite 5 days per week with some opportunity for hybrid work. ** This role will initially be a 1-3 year contract. ** Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in United States. *Top Skills* * SAP S/4HANA Implementation * Integrated Project Delivery * Cross-Functional Team Leadership * Vendor Management * Risk and Change Management *Responsibilities* * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business processes and project deliverables with a focus on quality and consistency. * Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all workstreams. * Monitor SI/vendor work products for completeness and adherence to definition-of-done. * Manage project phase gate readiness and ensure consistency across workstreams. * Develop and maintain execution-level work products (scope baseline, change intake, requirements, RAID, schedule, cost, testing, cutover, etc.). * Establish and manage complex project plans, communications, and reporting. * Apply techniques for budget planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. * Facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop action plans to meet project goals. * Ensure program schedule, scope, and quality objectives are met through metrics and controls. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field. * 6+ years of IT project management experience with high complexity/integration initiatives. * 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven ability to manage external third-party service providers. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
