The Clinical Assistant is responsible for the coordination of all equipment set-ups and staff scheduling as directed. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for clients * Obtain necessary documentation and authorizations required for equipment coverage * Assist with clinical, sales support, and home transition staff, as necessary * Assist customer service staff to coordinate respiratory-related discharges * Coordinate RT/Clinician schedules and patient set-ups, answer and route clinical staff/patient communication * Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma / GED -1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Resolution Experience -Multi line / multi system or software experience -Comfortable on the phones PREFERRED: Previous home care experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone demeanor Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs (oxygen tanks) Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
