Customer satisfaction is given great emphasis and we strive to build a trusted advisor relationship with every customer.The Motorola Solutions team comprises Sales, Project Management, Systems Engineering and System Technologist personnel working together in a high performance culture, often with demanding cycle times and high customer expectations as we work to deploy mission critical communication systems. Many of these systems are designed around the APCO Project 25 communications standard, often with interfaces to other critical customers' sub-systems. With the growth of data services some of our customers' mobile wireless networks are being enhanced with connectivity to an LTE infrastructure, leveraging compelling applications and live mobile video, supplementing our traditional core voice and narrow-band data networks. Job Description Individual will be responsible for carrying out field engineering duties during a radio system upgrade cycle.He/she will be responsible for upgrading/deploying various devices which include network gear, windows based devices, virtual machines and some Motorola proprietary devices. Along with above duties, individual will be a customer facing technical resource through the upgrade effort. He/She will be primarily traveling to southeast states' customer locations to carry out their duty. System Engineer responsibilities:

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
