KPMG is currently seeking a to join our Trade and Customs practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality review for basic to intermediate drawback compliance tasks and processes performed within the Trade and Customs delivery center
  • Perform tasks supporting drawback operations to a variety of clients across a wide range of industries
  • Support the development of processes, SOPs, references, work instructions, and training of Delivery Center team members
  • Utilize new technologies and tools used in client service deliver and participate in technology or process development initiatives, including development and use of Alteryx and other data enablement tools
  • Work to support the Trade and Customs drawback team and be responsible for delivering high quality drawback services
  • Keep up to date on current trade and customs practices
  • Support clients in maintain overall compliance with CBP duty drawback regulations
  • Undertake activities to proactively enhance savings through expansion of client's duty drawback programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent duty drawback experience; two plus years of of duty drawback experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to navigate MS Office applications
  • Capability to handle multiple engagement and client service teams, along with reviewing and providing feedback to analysts on engagement work performed
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
