IT Support Technician Location: Hilliard, OH \| Hybrid (4 Days Onsite with a potential to work from home 1 day a week) Join a high-impact refresh initiative that's powering the next generation of workplace technology across North America. This 6-month contract role is perfect for a detail-oriented IT professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys hands-on work with hardware, software, and end users. You'll be instrumental in completing a large-scale workstation and printer refresh-bringing modern tools to teams that rely on them every day. What You'll Be Doing * Execute a comprehensive Workstation and Printer Refresh across multiple sites * Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 setups for newly deployed devices * Image and configure devices for deployment * Coordinate with users to ensure files are backed up and systems are ready for upgrade * Replace outdated printers and install new hardware across North America * Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation for refresh activities * Provide support for Office 365 applications during transition * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations What You Bring * 1-3 years of experience in IT support, especially with workstation and printer refresh projects * Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and device imaging * Familiarity with SCCM (preferred but not required) * Excellent organizational and planning abilities * Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal * Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments * A proactive, courteous approach to working with internal users Work Environment * Based in Hilliard, OH * Hybrid setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (subject to change based on HQ space availability) * Fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere with a strong focus on internal user support Why This Role Stands Out * Be part of a major refresh initiative with national impact * Opportunity to extend beyond the initial 6-month contract * Hands-on work that blends technical skill with user interaction * A chance to make a visible difference in how teams work and communicate If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and help bring a modern tech experience to hundreds of users, this is your opportunity to shine.
