*Job Title: *IT Support Specialist
*Location:* Frankfort, KY *Work Schedule: *Hybrid *Experience Level:* Intermediate *Overview:* We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance for one of our clients located in Frankfort, KY. This role is essential for ensuring timely resolution of service requests, maintaining operational standards, and enhancing customer support for a broad user base. *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver first-level support for workstations, software, printers, routers, switches, internet circuits, and VOIP systems * Act as the primary escalation point for mobile device issues (iOS/Android), including cloud-based productivity platforms and Wi-Fi connectivity * Provide support for client and server operating systems (Windows, iOS) * Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Document incidents and resolutions accurately using internal tracking systems * Emphasize single-call resolution and deliver professional, courteous support * Collaborate with network, software, and application teams to restore service and resolve core issues * Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and recommend system improvements * Perform maintenance and simulate user issues to identify root causes * Other duties as assigned *Required Skills:* * Technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and desktop environments * Experience with cloud productivity suites and directory services * Familiarity with help desk operations and service desk workflows * Knowledge of hardware/software deployment and imaging * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and connectivity issues * Ability to support audiovisual equipment, Chromebooks, and peripheral devices *Preferred Qualifications:* * Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role * Familiarity with enterprise mobile device management and integration * Exposure to ticketing systems and IT service management platforms *Work Schedule:* Hybrid model available after 4-6 weeks of onsite onboarding: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
