** * * TEKSYSTEMS NOR TEKSYSTEMS' CLIENT IS ABLE TO SPONSOR * * ** *Description* TEKsystems' client has a need to add a technical Salesforce BA to their team. The manager would prefer for this person to sit in *Kansas City, Dallas or St. Louis. For KC, they would be hybrid and need to go into the office. Dallas and St. Louis could be remote.* She would not rule out a strong candidate that sits outside one of those areas, if they are the right fit overall. Aside from some of the responsibilities and duties below, this person will primarily be responsible as a Technical Business Analyst on their benefits project. It would be gathering requirements for the initial data migration and for building the API's for their MuleSoft integration to a brand new Salesforce org. We are needing a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator. As a key player, you'll help the client strategize for the future, aligning with Product Owners and understanding their business needs and requirements to ensure their success. This role is pivotal in understanding the goals of each Product Owner, the business process, technical requirements, the capacity of the development team, and the sequencing of work. Your curiosity, creativity, communication skills, and initiative will contribute to the growth of the client, a world-class organization that has been named a Best Place to Work in insurance by Business Insurance for 15 years in a row! *Top Skills Details* Salesforce, BA, Admin, Insurance experience, CRM, agile methodology, EASS, Integration, Mulesoft *Responsibilities:* * Build and maintain solid relationships with Product Owners; act as the primary liaison between business users, technical and cross-functional teams * Gather, understand and document business processes, functional requirements, and cross-functional needs, ensuring that requirements are unambiguous, testable, measurable, and articulated in a manner that allows the team to propose, estimate, construct and deliver exceptional solutions * Represent the CoE by enforcing best practices and long-term quality of the platform * Understand and document functional requirements, and cross-functional needs in clear, testable, and measurable requirements. * Manage the product backlog, understanding the priorities and dependencies to deliver the best ROI to the business. * Lead projects from discovery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live. * Create use cases, context and process diagrams, and perform process analysis. * Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops, user working and training sessions for end-user representatives * Lead stand-up, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies. * Assist in prioritizing bug fixes and enhancement requests * Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to the client's Core Values. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst * Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, including Sales & Service, Communities a plus * Experience with Agile methodologies * Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints, best practices, and the ability to clearly communicate those to Stakeholders * Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, initiative and interpersonal skills * Salesforce Administrator certification, Business Analyst certification a plus * Salesforce Platform App Builder certification, a plus * Experience in the Insurance industry and FSC, a plus * Experience working with vendors, a plus * BA/BS degree, preferred *Skills* Salesforce, BA, Admin, Insurance experience, CRM, agile methodology, EASS, Integration, Mulesoft *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Effective communication skills She needs someone with initiative who is not afraid to speak up, who works well on their own and does what is needed without needing to be told. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
