Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Central Asia. This role is responsible in providing clinical and technical support for healthcare professionals and end-users of our Pain products in Singapore. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure optimal use of our devices in various healthcare settings. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager, Central Asia, ASEAN Sales Team, APAC Marketing Team to ensure the alignment of global, regional, and local strategies, with the aim to elevate the company's brand and improve product adoption efficacy through driving demand, sales and market expansion in the assigned markets. The incumbent will also work closely with cross-functional teams to own and drive customer satisfaction, product compliance, innovation, and margin improvement. Will be responsible for leading and building the Avanos Pain business mainly in Singapore. The portfolio is expected to grow steadily in the 5-year horizon and be a significant contributor to maintaining and growing Avanos profitability within the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, regarding the proper use and application of our Avanos Pain products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential and existing healthcare professionals on the benefits of our Avanos Pain products.
- Conduct in-service product trainings to key influencers (Nurses, Clinic Assistant, etc.).
- Expand network, engage, build, and maintain strong relationship with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators. Address their needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions through consultative and collaborative discussions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries and support requests.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues that arise in the field.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and increase market share.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to our medical devices, and communicate this information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high level of customer-service standards.
- Work closely with Marketing to organize and conduct educational seminars and workshop to demonstrate the use and application of our AVANOS Pain products.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve product offerings and customer experiences.
Administration
- Submit reports on a timely basis (case booking, case reporting, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Review and escalate product complaints to Sales and RAQA Teams for action.
- Complete and maintain compliance in trainings.
- Ensure compliance and highest integrity.
