Position Summary Assemble, test, package, and ship USC equipment while ensuring product quality, safe handling, and timely order completion. Key Responsibilities Assemble systems and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press. Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation. Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness. Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products. Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories. Work with electrical voltages from 24V to 220V safely. Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers. Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals. Required Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills; attention to detail. Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks. High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred. Physical Requirements Lift 30-50 lbs regularly. Perform repetitive work with hands and tools. Climb up to 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. Contact lenses prohibited due to safety requirements.
