Instructional Coach - Special Ed Settings (Northeast Massachusetts)

Are you an educator passionate about making a difference in DYS and County House of Corrections programs? We're seeking a full-time Special Ed Instructional Coach to support teachers in these settings, helping improve instruction and enhance student outcomes in Northeastern Massachusetts.

Job Details:

• Salary: $66,165 to 90,579 (187 days) + Mileage reimbursement
• Locations: Tewksbury, Middleton, Peabody, Billerica, Methuen and Lowell, MA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Benefits: MTRS retirement, health, dental, life insurance

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching to Special Ed teachers
• Support tech integration and teacher development through collaboration
• Lead workshops and use data to drive improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with MA content license and/or special education license (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of teaching experience
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel
