Start Date ASAP Contract T-38 AMP Salary Range $37.42/Hour Posting Date 10/15/2025 Union Yes FLSA Status Non-Exempt Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time - Temporary Relocation No Travel Possible Job Summary: M1 is looking for an Aircraft Scheduler Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Schedules and monitors all aircraft for special inspection, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), records review, depot maintenance and engine changes. * Maintains special inspection records and initiates Periodic Inspection (PI) packages. * Receives and files aircraft documents. * Coordinates aircraft flight and maintenance schedules with flight operation, maintenance work centers and AMP sites. * Conducts aircraft documents (forms and automated) reviews, making corrections as required. * Orders parts as required. * Orders parts as required to support scheduled maintenance. * May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification. Qualifications and Experience: * Completion of high school or the equivalent is required. * The ability to read, write, and comprehend technical data is desired * A minimum of two (2) years' experience in scheduling maintenance, inspections and TCTOs for aircraft required. * Experience in making daily, weekly and monthly flying schedules is also required. * All positions at this location require that the applicant be able to obtain and maintain any and all clearances as required by the contract and/or base installation. Working Conditions: * Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties. * Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
