Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Emerging Talent & Campus Strategy will design and lead global early career and campus hiring strategy from the ground up. This includes building relationships with universities, developing internship and rotational programs, and establishing frameworks that align emerging talent initiatives to business and workforce needs. This is a hands-on, highly strategic role for a leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact in building scalable talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Strategy



  • Design and launch Emerging Talent and Campus Programs, including internships, co-ops, graduate programs, and early career rotational experiences.
  • Establish program frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to ensure long-term scalability and alignment with talent strategy.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical early career roles and succession pipelines.


University & External Partnerships



  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key universities, technical schools, and professional associations across multiple regions.
  • Represent at campus events, career fairs, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility among emerging talent.
  • Develop marketing and communication strategies in partnership with Employer Brand and Corporate Communications.


Operational Execution



  • Oversee the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, from event planning and candidate engagement to selection and onboarding.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning teams to ensure seamless experience for early career hires.
  • Leverage data and insights to track program performance, participant development, and conversion to full-time roles.


Leadership & Collaboration



  • Partner closely with the Global TA Leadership Team to ensure alignment between emerging talent initiatives and broader workforce strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Talent Partners or Recruiting Assistants supporting early career hiring.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and ambassador for emerging talent strategy across the enterprise.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years focused on early career, campus, or emerging talent programs.
  • Proven experience standing up a campus or emerging talent program from inception through launch and scale.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong university and external partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of talent pipeline development, diversity recruitment, and workforce planning.
  • Experience leading initiatives across global or matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with operational agility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
