Salary Range: $99,087 - $118,000 annually (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills.)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day quality operations for the plant and product lines
  • Manage and develop a team of quality engineers and technicians
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions across production issues
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) (CAPA, audits, change control, documentation)
  • Lead internal audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers on quality matters
  • Partner with production, engineering, and leadership to improve processes and outcomes
  • Track and analyze quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements
  • Support supplier quality and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee calibration programs and vendor coordination
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on quality performance and initiatives



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
  • 6+ years of hands-on quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team (engineers, technicians, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Quality systems (QMS, CAPA, audits, change control)
    • Root cause analysis and corrective actions


  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customers
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Eligibility to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
