What this job involves:

Drive strategic data excellence as a Space Data Engagement Manager with JLL, where you'll serve as the single point of contact for CAFM/IWMS systems managing critical client drawing and data portfolios. You'll be the subject matter expert leading data transformation initiatives that support multi-million dollar real estate decisions while ensuring accuracy across complex corporate portfolios. This role positions you at the intersection of technology and real estate strategy, where you'll collaborate with global CAD analysts, occupancy planning teams, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional data integrity and reporting. Your expertise will directly contribute to JLL's reputation for delivering innovative workplace solutions while you develop advanced skills in data management, client relationship building, and cross-functional team leadership within a dynamic, technology-forward environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Translate physical space data into accurate two-dimensional floor plans, process data change requests following stakeholder verification, and submit redline updates to global CAD analyst teams
  • Serve as CAFM/IWMS subject matter expert, participating in recurring data confidence routines and ensuring system accuracy prior to rental allocation processing and strategic reporting cycles
  • Respond to ad hoc client requests, execute strategic scheduling of on-site validations across multiple sites annually, and exceed key performance indicators through exceptional service delivery
  • Lead recurring site data validation programs including space audits to ensure seat assignments and floor plans accurately reflect current occupancy and spatial configurations
  • Cross- Act as liaison between clients and partner service lines, effectively communicating problem statements and resolutions while building relationships across global teams and reporting hierarchies Support Occupancy Planning practice knowledge management by developing processes, tools, and client deliverables that contribute to best practices and operational excellence Address multifaceted data discrepancies through systematic analysis, innovative thinking, and comprehensive stakeholder coordination to maintain portfolio accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in CAFM systems and data management within corporate real estate or facility management environments
  • Proven experience utilizing and extracting data from FM Systems, Archibus, Serraview, Manhattan, TRIRIGA, or comparable CAFM/IWMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting with ability to manage complex datasets and create meaningful insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients across diverse organizational levels
  • Independent, self-starter capabilities with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with commitment to developing and cultivating diverse, inclusive teams while working effectively in matrix organizational structures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning or corporate real estate portfolio management
  • AutoCAD experience and advanced technical proficiency with computer-assisted design tools and spatial analysis software
  • Naturally inquisitive mindset with proven ability to ask strategic questions and understand underlying client needs to drive better outcomes
  • Track record of proactive, innovative thinking to determine and develop optimal solutions for diverse stakeholder requirements
  • Advanced comfort with emerging technologies and ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge management practices within professional services environments

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,250.00 - 86,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
