 Job Description Summary About the role:#LI:Hybrid The Oncology Data Science team in Novartis Biomedical Research (NBR) provides computational biology, AI and data engineering expertise to the Oncology Disease Area across a wide and unique range of novel therapeutics spanning many different drug modalities. Our mission is to harness the transformative power of data and AI to accelerate the development of innovative and transformative medicines for oncology patients worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic AI/ML scientist with curiosity about pre-clinical and clinical drug development to help us accelerate our ground-breaking oncology drug discovery programs. You will join the Oncology Data Science team at NBR Oncology, an outstanding collaborative environment with supportive and enthusiastic colleagues who will help your AI models achieve real-world impact. Job Description Key responsibilities: 
 Minimum Requirements: 
 The salary for this position is expected to range between $103,600 and $192,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
