Staffmark is hiring a Talent Ambassador to support one of our valued clients in Joliet, IL. In this role,
you'll serve as a working lead-supporting the Staffmark Shift Supervisor with pre-shift check-ins, onboarding assistance, and general floor support. When not performing Talent Ambassador duties, you'll work alongside the production team as a packer in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Shift: 3rd Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Responsibilities:



  • Work collaboratively on the production line to meet daily goals.
  • Conduct employee check-ins and grant entry to associates.
  • Create and distribute ID badges.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and first-day guidance.
  • Support the supervisor with daily tasks and floor presence.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Communicate production goals and updates to team members and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.



Requirements:



  • Understanding of quality standards, safety, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred; leadership experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
