Job Description

As a Paid Social Specialist II, you will support the execution of the paid social programs for RRD clients. This involves strong channel knowledge in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Pinterest Ads. You will work on campaign execution from end-to-end, including setting up campaigns, optimizing and managing pacing, and reporting on campaign performance to clients on a regular basis. In this position, you will juggle multiple projects and should be driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator and hungry to do great work and be prepared to continue learning new features of social media advertising.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work on paid social campaign execution from end-to-end, including campaign setup and structure, tracking implementation, optimization and in-market management, and post-campaign reporting

  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, develop reports and recommendations for future campaigns

  • Ensure accuracy of campaign set up and weekly optimizations

  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to assess and improve advertising performance

  • Recommend and monitor paid media budgets for new and existing campaigns to ensure tracking to goals

  • Identify opportunities for creating or optimizing paid social programs for clients and effectively communicate these to clients and internal teams

  • Work with our internal platforms to develop target audience data-sets for use within campaigns

  • Stay up-to-date on all things paid social, including the latest trends and updates within the social platforms especially Meta & Pinterest

  • Develop educational content to support spread the knowledge on social platforms throughout the team


Qualifications

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field (Required)

  • 3 years previous experience in expertise in paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)

  • Familiarity with Pinterest Ads Platform (Preferred)

  • Experience working within Retail, especially Furniture vertical (Preferred)

  • Experience working with Offline and Online ROAS reporting (Preferred)

  • Experience with Foot Traffic metrics in social (Preferred)

  • Desire to interact with internal and external customers (Required)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience working with social platforms, including Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest

  • Be detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy and responsibility

  • Knowledge of campaign metrics and analysis

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Thirst for learning new skills and tactics and keeping up with digital marketing and social trends


Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $59,100 to $89,800 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD's benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
