ATG Contract Administrator

Assists in managing details of contract administration including website or portal access, data preparation and evaluation and audits of performance criteria, such as pricing, tax and lead times, and invoicing accuracy. Process routine documents to assign or delete users from web access portals, support financial clearing, or other duties as required to support the broad-spectrum goods and services required by ATSG and its divisions. Ability to create and maintain database(s) for various KPI or program management matrices. Maintain required ATSG contract databases. Coordinates and schedules Business Reviews, luncheons and supplier meetings and Teams Calls.

Assists with document storage and retrieval, and record retention support. Independently handle document requests from finance, accounting, operational, administrative, legal or other commercial requests, such as account set up, Know Your Customer, tax exemptions, Certificates of Insurance, financial documents, and requests by Internal or External Audit.

Essential understanding of contractual concepts and ability to use the contract to resolve or escalate issues from operations and requiring coordination with suppliers or other departments. Captures lessons learned for renewals and amendments.

Job Functions:

Create and maintain contract files, website or portal access, database updates. Work with IT or using departments to purge users no longer employed or not in a position to use corporate accounts. Handle inquiries and requests for help. Schedule and document Business Reviews with ATSG divisions and suppliers. Maintain Template files for use by others as well as create contract documents from templates. Assist in audits of supplier's conformance to contract.

Required Job Skills:

HS Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience working in a commercial contract environment or bachelor's degree in business or 2 years of demonstratable experience working in a commercial contract environment.

Ability to use Microsoft and other software to support contract construction and management of data related to a specific contract as well as central database repositories.

Working knowledge of common contractual terms and conditions.

Oral, written, presentation, problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate, with suppliers and coworkers.
