The Administrator Radiology and Medical Imaging is responsible for the leadership and strategic oversight of the operational financial and clinical outcomes of the Radiology Service Line within the University of Virginia Health System. Along with the Service Line Physician Leader this position completes the dyad responsible for all service line outcomes. The Administrator Radiology and Medical Imaging collaborates with leadership to fulfill the mission of the UVA Health System; which is to provide the highest quality of care to patients. This position serves as a visible champion of efficiency quality and patient safety for their assigned service line. The Administrator Radiology and Medical Imaging is responsible for creating institutional standards of performance and ensuring proper resourcing of strategic and tactical plans to meet or exceed the standards. The Administrator Radiology and Medical Imaging is expected to work collaboratively with the Health System's executive and physician leadership to support and participate in Health System-wide initiatives. 
 Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree must be obtained within 4 years of hire or transfer. Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive management experience within a Healthcare organization demonstrating leadership strategic thinking and responsibility for operations. Licensure: None PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Position Compensation Range: $120,507.00 - $241,014.00 Annual Benefits
