The NICU provides care to a full spectrum of newborns ranging from premature infants, to term or near-term high-risk critically ill babies, to babies less critical but still recovering and maturing. Learn more about our benefits here. https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Position Details: Role: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse Shifts: 12-hour night shift Qualifications: BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years. Active Maryland or Compact RN license required. BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted). Minimum of one year of RN experience (preferred previous NICU experience) Ability to support evidence-based practices, independently make clinical decisions, and guide others in providing exceptional care. Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
