As a Configuration and Data Manager on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues to support the next generation of U.S. missile defense systems. Our team will trust you to support a broad spectrum of Configuration Management (CM) functions, engaging across our product development teams to aid in the delivery and sustainment of a complex system of systems. Your functional expertise, communication and collaboration skills, and attention to detail will be vital as you contribute to the next generation of U.S. missile defense systems. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) activities in space, ground, software, or hardware systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs

  • Experience managing and facilitating Configuration Control Boards (CCB) and Engineering Review Boards (ERB)for handling change requests

  • Experience with identifying, analyzing, and reporting issues for the technical baseline and providing assessments and recommending solutions to resolvethe issues

  • Experience managing program documents IAW control board actions, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Requirements Documents, or Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

  • Experience developing or maintaining a baseline repository of all configuration items, such as Interface Control Document (ICDs), Engineering Memos, Requirements Documents, or Spec Trees

  • Experience within an Agile framework and DevSecOps infrastructure as part of a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline

  • Knowledge of how to implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, and Lean-Agile processes and methodologies

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Level 1 Configuration Management Training Foundation (CMTF) Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with space-based systems or satellite communications

  • Knowledge of strategic and operational-level missile defense planning, employment, and concepts of operations

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

  • Level 2 or higher Configuration Management Training Foundation (CMTF) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
