National 4-H Council is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage and enhance our Moodle-based learning platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accessible experience for youth, volunteers, and partners nationwide. As the LMS Administrator, you'll play a key role in shaping the digital learning environment that supports 4-H's mission. You'll oversee daily operations of the LMS, manage user access, and collaborate with program teams to build and deliver dynamic online courses that inspire learning and connection. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Development, you'll help ensure our learning platforms are innovative, reliable, and inclusive-enabling 4-H youth and volunteers to reach their full potential. Position Summary The LMS Administrator is a critical role within National 4-H Council, responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the organization's Moodle-based LMS. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Development, this position will oversee daily LMS operations, ensure system reliability, and provide user support and training. The LMS Administrator will manage permissions, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and generate reports to support decision-making partnering with Extension, volunteers, and 4-H program teams to ensure that the LMS supports high-quality youth and volunteer learning experiences nationwide while also enabling the growth and sustainability of 4-H's educational portfolio.
