Job Title: Senior Analyst

Summary: The Senior Analyst is responsible for the planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the company's global operations.

As a Senior Analyst you will:

  • Be the Finance Business Partner for the Global Operations Team.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI's.
  • Prepare reporting for the Board of Directors, management reports, as well as monthly, quarterly, and other ad hoc reporting.
  • Identify and explain variances in operational accounts such as PPV, production and inventory.
  • Build out reporting and dashboards to support global operations team.
  • Act as FP&A partner for the Global Operations Team to help support global Lean and SIOP process.
  • Participate in the Company's annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly flash, and strategic planning process.
  • Prepare and analyze trend analysis, performance indicators (KPI) for various areas of the business.
  • Review past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates and develop models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Recommend strategies meant to assist the organization in meeting long-term financial objectives and acquisition opportunities.
  • Proactively identify improvements in various existing financial and accounting processes and lead improvement projects.
  • Review/Participate in semi-annual cost rolls and monthly PO variance analysis.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet United Safety business objectives including completing projects on time.
  • Support acquisition integration activities.
  • Collaborate with peers on all activities required to successfully complete projects.
  • Work on other special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

You're a great fit for this position if this describes you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 5 or more years of accounting, reporting, and analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in a similar industry will be considered as well.
  • Experience with an ERP used in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Expert at Power BI. Tableau or other BI tool experience
  • Experience in a standard cost environment
  • Experience with Salesforce data and analytics
  • Experience working for a private equity owned business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple and diverse projects including, and accurately carrying out assigned projects with minimal supervision.
