What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect assets within a financial institution setting.
• Communicate and collaborate with local emergency services and Allied Universal management in the event of an incident or emergency.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.
• Follow all site-specific protocols for handling sensitive information and situations unique to financial institutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must have a combined total of at least three years of law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, or baton is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
