About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Engagement Manager with a strong background in Human Resources to oversee multi-state field team. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, ensuring HR compliance, and supporting field operations through strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner to both HR and Operations, ensuring alignment between people practices and business goals.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as the primary HR contact for field teams across multiple states.
  • Foster positive supportive rapport with field associates, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to support workforce efficiency and on-time delivery, planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data and team performance metrics to identify trends and priorities for improvement; implement solutions.
  • Support investigations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with corporate HR leadership.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to compliance, leadership, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvements.


What You'll Need



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a field or multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple states.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or similar industries preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience managing a large team desired.
