Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead- Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management to oversee the operational, reporting, and governance functions across client reporting and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration, fund accounting, and client relationship management, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage the Client Reporting & Accounting Service Management function to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Set team objectives, conduct performance appraisals, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for all client reporting and accounting service-related issues.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and relationship management between Business Client Reporting, Accounting, and Service Management teams.
  • Identify operational risks, implement controls, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Produce monthly MIS and KPI reports for oversight teams, ensuring accuracy and insight into team performance.
  • Provide detailed monthly commentary to regional oversight functions in Horsham, Singapore, and the US on delivery versus KPI targets.
  • Escalate issues to the Head of Client Mandate that fall outside agreed service standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional heads of Client Mandate to address region-specific operational and reporting issues.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to fund administration and reporting.


Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in fund administration, fund management, or client reporting, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting operations, client reporting processes, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools or fund administration systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
