About You


You are a person who is passionate about providing administrative and office support to the organization. In the role of Executive Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of day-to-day office functions including office management and administrative tasks to ensure high levels of operational effectiveness and communication.

About The Position



  • Provide administrative support to the executive team.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (airfare, car, hotel, meeting room, dinner reservations etc.), expense reports, etc.
  • Maintain calendars, scheduling meetings for executive team. Take meeting notes if needed.
  • Assisting with all details/preparations for meetings or business events.
  • Create and maintain central filing system (paper and electronic) for contracts, clients, pros [ects, teaming partners, industry, etc.
  • Screens incoming calls. Handles routine matters and refers others to appropriate staff.
  • Be an effective team member.
  • Handling confidential documents.
  • Maintain open and professional communication between departments within Signature Performance.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
  • Always portrays a professional image.
  • Acts as an effective team member



Minimum Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-4 years prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant required
  • Experience answering a multi-line phone system.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal traits of a high-level commitment, multi-tasker, organizational skills, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value
