This position is part of the Commercial Control Tower organization within the Sales & Marketing function within the Finance team at Stellantis. Job Overview The Data Analytics Manager - Finance will lead the development of advanced data capabilities that enable the Finance organization to make faster, smarter, and more predictive business decisions. This role will oversee data mining, architecture, governance, and quality frameworks, while driving the adoption of AI to build predictive models and automate business insights. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strategic vision and can translate complex data into actionable financial intelligence for senior leaders. Responsibilities
- Lead data mining and analytics efforts to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and answer critical business questions across Finance and Commercial teams.
- Design and implement robust data architecture, governance, and quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and operational data.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to build predictive data models, enabling proactive decision-making on financial performance, forecasting, and commercial strategies.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that automatically answer recurring business questions, reducing manual analysis and accelerating insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and IT to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure for Finance reporting and advanced analytics.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and self-service analytics tools that support leadership in strategic planning and performance monitoring.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to analysts, fostering a culture of data excellence and innovation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in data mining, modeling, and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and data quality best practices.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance teams to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
- Experience implementing AI/ML models for predictive financial forecasting, anomaly detection, or automated insights generation.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other machine learning frameworks.
- Experience building or leading data teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stack tools.
- Track record of driving data modernization and automation initiatives in a Finance context.
