Description The Manager, Operations and Service Delivery role provides leadership of the vision of Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) by providing and holding OSD caregivers accountable for an outstanding experience that simplifies, innovates, and anticipates how to ease the way of our core leaders and caregivers. The Manager, Operations and Service Delivery is responsible for developing and leading several key areas within Operations and Service Delivery (OSD): Experience strategy - services delivered to executives, physicians, core leaders, caregivers and Field HR by Operations and Service Delivery and contracted vendors. This includes creating, defining and implementing the vision across Operations and Service Delivery which includes customer service interactions, artificial intelligence & services provided through chat bots and processing robotics. The leader must be forward-thinking to deliver innovative and integrated services and continually look for opportunities to improve services through technology. 2) Partnership with vendors ensuring that vendors provide a high level of service. 3) Collaboration with team to find ways to deliver the highest level of customer service. 4) Continuous Improvement - works collaboratively with OSD leaders, Field HR and COE leadership to identify opportunities to streamline, standardize and modernize processes through centralization in OSD or vendor and/or automation 5) Drives analytical & data-driven decision-making, continually improves operational performance & results of OSD and vendors. 6) Develops and implements new initiatives to support caregivers and core leaders (e.g., implements caregiver support model that focuses on 'moments that matter' in caregiver life-cycle from hire to retirement).
