This Position reports to:

Procurement & Logistics Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into an executable master production schedule. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. Leads a small team of schedulers and searching for someone ready to step into a managerial role.

The work model for the role is onsite in our Ormond Beach, FL manufacturing facility (#LI-Onsite).

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring the interaction with a firm's functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.

  • Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.

  • Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.

  • Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

  • Leading and developing a team of schedulers to continue to grow their own skills and careers.

Qualifications for the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is strongly preferred (or a candidate with significant, relevant experience in lieu of degree)

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience, supply chain management or related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross functions teams.

  • Must be analytical and well organized.

  • Must have strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel

  • Candidates must already possess work authorization to work for ABB in the US
