As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the healthcare location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support site-specific security-related needs and emergency response protocols.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
