*Description*
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology System Implementation Lead to drive the contracting and implementation of a new Radiation Oncology System. This role will lead vendor partnerships, oversee system evaluation, and ensure successful integration across a complex healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead System Selection & Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of the Radiation Oncology System implementation, from vendor selection to go-live. Oversee RFP comparison and evaluation of existing systems (Elekta Mosaiq, Varian, RayStation, RayCare) to ensure optimal solution selection. Ensure cloud-based system capabilities align with organizational requirements. Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation: Drive vendor partnerships and lead contract negotiations. Maintain relationships with multiple vendors while ensuring compliance and performance. Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Present project updates and recommendations to governance boards. Collaborate with internal PMs (clinical and technical) and external vendors to align on timelines and deliverables. Integration & Interoperability: Coordinate system integration with Epic and other clinical systems. Ensure continuity of legacy systems during transition (Elekta, Varian). Compliance & Regulatory: Navigate state government processes and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and systems. Familiarity with Elekta Mosaiq, Varian, RayStation, and cloud-based oncology solutions. Project Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare technology implementations. Ability to manage multi-year projects with complex stakeholder environments. Vendor & Contract Management: Expertise in RFP processes and contract negotiations. Technical Knowledge: Experience with system integration and interoperability (Epic interface preferred). Regulatory Experience: Background in working with state government processes and compliance requirements. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
