We are seeking a part-time Technical Support Representative to join our team in Farmington, CT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth technical operations. You'll work onsite and provide critical support for enterprise-level systems. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and design solutions for enterprise hardware, software applications, and network infrastructure. * Partner with network and other IT teams to monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across a wide range of IT systems. * Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity. Qualifications * Previous experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting. * Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Details: * Pay: $25 - $30/hr. \| Pay cycle - weekly * Schedule (Part-time): Monday - Friday \| 20 hours per week. Flexible with the hours worked each day as long as they are completed during core business hours. * Onsite position - Farmington, CT Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Farmington, CT.
