Fraud Member Service Representative * * Location: Winchester, VA (Hybrid after training) Pay: 19.50$ Start Date: December 29, 2025 About the Role: Join a Fortune 100 financial institution as a Fraud Member Service Representative (MSR). In this role, you'll assist customers who have been affected by account fraud. You'll handle inbound calls, resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, and ensure account security. This is a meaningful position where you can make a real difference every day. What You'll Do: * Answer inbound calls and assist customers with fraud-related concerns * Investigate and resolve account issues quickly and accurately * Navigate multiple systems and tools to take action on accounts * Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality Training Schedule: * Dates: December 29, 2025 - February 3, 2026 * Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST * Training is fully onsite and includes classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and mentoring support Work Schedule: * After training, you'll work an 8.5-hour shift within the window of 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM CST * Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks * Expect one rotating weekday off and one weekend day off * Hybrid schedule available after training (minimum 2 days onsite per week) Benefits: * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holiday pay * Opportunities for growth and career advancement What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple systems * Dependable attendance, especially during training * Comfortable working onsite and in a hybrid model Apply today and start your career helping customers protect what matters most!
