Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is a hybrid position with on-site training and one day per month in the office.

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to:

  • Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department.
  • Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or other health care related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work or other health care related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years of patient contact, health care related experience Required
  • 4 years of patient contact, health care related experience Preferred
  • 2 years of experience working in conflict resolution/investigation Preferred
