Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to: Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department. Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.
