WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Assist the engineering and operations team in the maintenance, housekeeping and minor repair of building and equipment

* Assist with general maintenance, including housekeeping, minor carpentry, simple HVAC, minor electrical, some plumbing and/or painting

* Complete assigned work orders in Prism and maintains appropriate service and housekeeping documentation

* Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies required to maintain and keep center and equipment in clean and safe conditions

* Work closely under the direction of Operating Manager, Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and others

* Participate in ongoing technical, safety, housekeeping and operational process training programs

* Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)

* Collaborate with Marketing and other team members and vendors to execute various events and event setup as required

* Works closely and collaborates with Housekeeping Third Party vendor to ensure Center is property cleaned, porters are staffed and trained properly, that he Center is cleaned and maintained pursuant to the contract established between the Center and the Third Party Vendor

* Other projects and tasks to be assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

* Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall

* Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive

* Strong customer service skills

Estimated compensation for this position:

48,000.00 - 50,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

On-site -Kapolei, HI
