Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager focused on end-user technology, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the digital workplace experience for Visa employees globally. You will manage programs that deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric technology solutions-ranging from device provisioning and collaboration tools to network access and workspace technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery of large-scale programs that improve end-user technology, including hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and workspace infrastructure upgrades.
  • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Security, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, success criteria, and timelines.
  • Ensure risks related to user experience, device compatibility, and network performance are identified and mitigated.
  • Lead planning and execution phases, resolving issues related to device deployment, connectivity, and AV capabilities.
  • Maintain transparency with senior stakeholders on program status, risks, and budget implications.
  • Anticipate and address challenges in user adoption, support models, and service continuity.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and service levels.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless integration of end-user technologies with Visa's broader IT ecosystem.
  • Provide escalation support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement in end-user technology delivery practices, contributing to process enhancements and standardization.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience in technical project management, including delivery of large, complex projects with distributed teams.
  • Strong background in end user technology such as new office technology fitouts, audio visual implementations and software development.
  • Proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
