What We're Looking For: As a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Service Cashier, you will be the central point for processing in-room dining orders and ensuring accurate billing. Your role is essential in creating a seamless and personalized experience for guests-from the moment they place an order to the final check. By combining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service, you help deliver the quality and hospitality that define our brand. Who You Are:

What You Will Do:
- Accurately process guest orders for in-room dining, ensuring all details are correct.
- Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions in compliance with hotel standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
- Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, and service times with professionalism.
- Monitor and update order status in the POS system to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with packaging and organizing orders for delivery when needed.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food handling regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
- Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Your Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills required.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
- Previous experience in cashiering, hospitality, or food service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
