Description
The marketing specialist role is primarily focused on supporting leasing efforts through strategic marketing initiatives, compelling property presentations, and high-impact collateral for tours and proposals. You'll play a key role in driving occupancy by creating marketing materials that showcase our properties, coordinating events that strengthen broker and customer relationships, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand. While leasing support is the core focus, you'll also contribute to customer experience and retention through creative engagement strategies and curated activations across our Nashville portfolio of more than 5+ million square feet of full-service office space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Strategy & Execution: * Coordinate and execute division-wide marketing initiatives that support leasing, retention, and brand positioning. Leasing Support & Sales Enablement * Develop and maintain detailed familiarity with all properties and suites in the division. Creative Development & Brand Management: * Collaborate with corporate marketing or third-party vendors to develop marketing materials (flyers, eblasts, virtual staging, videos, photography, social media) Digital Marketing & Online Presence: * Manage local email campaign strategy and coordinate execution with corporate marketing. Customer Engagement & Event Planning: * Plan and support brokers, customer, and office events that strengthen relationships and drive leasing and retention. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: * Partner with internal teams (leasing, property management, customer experience, and corporate marketing) and external vendors to deliver integrated marketing and engagement initiatives.
