This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will lead a team of four specialists by setting clear goals, coaching their development, and fos-tering a culture of continuous improvement while attracting and retaining strong IS/IT talent. You will contribute to strategic decisions through the Production Steering Board and guide the site's digitalization roadmap, ensuring solid governance, compliance, and effective budget management. You will oversee major digital initiatives, including MES deployment, while managing reliable and secure IT/OT infrastructure in coordination with global teams. You will own the site's IT/OT security strategy, conduct risk assessments, strengthen business continuity, and promote security awareness. As the site's primary IS/IT contact, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way.

We are looking for an experienced IS/IT leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving digital transformation in manufacturing environments. You understand both the technical and business aspects of digitalization and can translate strategy into action. Most importantly, you are passionate about developing people and creating value through technology in an Industry 4.0/5.0 context.

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3-6 years of IS/IT experience; leadership exposure beneficial

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (IT/OT)

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and security

• Experience delivering digitalization or large implementation projects

• Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance (e.g., ITIL)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
