Epic Certified Pharmacist Analyst - Willow Inpatient +/- Willow Home Infusion

Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other Application Analysts, personnel, and project team members. Acts as project leader for projects with moderate to large budgets or system-wide implications, multiple projects of a short to long-term duration, and medium to large projects. May require on-call coverage after hours and weekends.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy/Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Pharmacist License (KY or IN) required. Recent/relevant technical experience in medication management integrated with an EHR preferred.

• Appropriate certifications or licensures required within 6 months of hire.
