Skills That Set You Apart

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.

What You'll Do:

• Take phone calls / answer e-mails from new and existing customers, navigate the computer system to answer questions, and enter orders.
• Provide technical support in the selection and troubleshooting of hydraulic products.
• Follow up with customers on a variety of topics.
• Make regular phone calls to build rapport, touch base on business needs, current sales, current product offerings, and educate customers on product features.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of company products.
• Report any trends, concerns, customer issues, and significant opportunities to management for additional follow-up.
• Pull, pack, and ship orders as needed.
