Temple University's Department of Graduate and International Programs at the Fox School of Business is searching for a Director of Experiential Learning Partnerships! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source. Position Summary The Director is responsible for identifying, recruiting, training, and supporting these professionals to ensure high-quality, practice-oriented learning experiences that align with program objectives. Beyond lab management, the Director will cultivate sustainable partnerships with companies, alumni, and executive-level professionals to create a robust ecosystem of experiential opportunities, including project-based collaborations, mentorships, and guest speaking engagements. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic vision, and operational excellence to strengthen Fox's connection to industry and enhance students' professional readiness. The Director serves as a visible ambassador of the school's commitment to integrating real-world business experience into graduate education.
