We are seeking a
Lawyer Onboarding & Integration Coordinator to support firmwide onboarding and early integration for all attorney groups. In this newly created role, you will help create seamless, welcoming experiences for new attorneys by coordinating each step of the onboarding process and ensuring every new hire-from summer associates to partners-has a smooth, consistent, and informed introduction to the firm. Working closely with attorneys, business services teams, and key stakeholders, you will provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support that keeps complex processes running efficiently and contributes to a positive, connected integration experience. As part of this team, you will: - Schedule orientation programs, IT onboarding, benefits meetings, and practice group introductions. - Prepare onboarding packets, welcome materials, agendas, and other resources. - Track onboarding checklist completion and follow up with stakeholders. - Maintain and upload onboarding records and data in applicant tracking and related systems. - Assist firmwide integration efforts by coordinating logistics for lateral hires at all levels. - Support integration by preparing materials, scheduling integration meetings, and tracking early integration steps. - Coordinate introductory meetings, office visits, and cross-office introductions. - Collaborate with business services teams to ensure integration steps are completed consistently. - Establish positive working relationships with new attorneys and internal stakeholders. - Assist summer associate, lateral associate and new associate onboarding logistics. - Support partner and of counsel onboarding by coordinating schedules, collecting biography information, and managing logistics. - Respond to onboarding inquiries professionally and promptly. - Process reimbursements, invoices, and vendor forms. - May perform other duties not listed above. What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in professional services, talent acquisition, legal, or HR operations, marketing/business development, or another fast-paced coordination role; OR a minimum of 3 years of coordination experience in a professional services or similar high-volume environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills, including discretion, and sensitivity. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to handle highly confidential information. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. - Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools. Preferred: - At least 3 years of recruiting experience or experience working with senior professionals.
