What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all clinical operations for home health and hospice services
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and quality initiatives
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
  • Support and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a liaison for patients, families, and providers
  • Participate in Administrator-on-Call rotation (phone support only; no field visits)
  • Travel occasionally for agency support, acquisitions, and meetings


What You Bring

  • Active RN, PT, OT, or SLP license in Wisconsin
  • Experience in home health or hospice preferred
  • Strong understanding of patient rights and compliance
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, and clinical operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
