What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all clinical operations for home health and hospice services
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations
- Develop and implement clinical policies and quality initiatives
- Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Support and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Conduct audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a liaison for patients, families, and providers
- Participate in Administrator-on-Call rotation (phone support only; no field visits)
- Travel occasionally for agency support, acquisitions, and meetings
What You Bring
- Active RN, PT, OT, or SLP license in Wisconsin
- Experience in home health or hospice preferred
- Strong understanding of patient rights and compliance
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and clinical operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
