As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication to all visitors and tenants. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and staff members at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence at the location.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and site-specific policies.
• Communicate with property management and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and observations.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation and incident response protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of security-related activities and incidents.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and requests from tenants, visitors, and staff, and directing them appropriately within the location.
• Remain alert to unusual activity or potential security-related concerns in the immediate area of the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
