As a Security Officer - Access Control Specialist in Weiner, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and strong customer service skills will support a positive atmosphere for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assisting with directions or information as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Collaborate with site management and law enforcement as necessary to address security-related matters or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
