Security Officer - Patrol Driver Weekdays Full-Time

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Weekdays Full-Time in Waco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will remain visible throughout your shift, communicate clearly with clients and visitors, and uphold our agile, reliable, and people-first values through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any irregularities such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the property.
• Work closely with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential security-related risks within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
