Sr. Compliance Audit Analyst (Remote)

Responsible for proactively monitoring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policy directives and ethical requirements for Quest Diagnostics lines of business.

• Lead auditor responsibilities for assigned audits.Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the audit process, including risk assessment discussions, communicating with the laboratory/region/function (including opening and closing meetings), directing the audit team through the audit, compiling the preliminary audit report, working with the laboratory/region/function to remediate allfindingsand reporting status updates by the end of each month.
• Audit specialist for assigned audit protocols.Responsible for performing assigned audit protocols for all scheduled audits in a timely manner and working with the policy guardian(s) and functional owners to evaluate and update audit protocols on an ongoing basis.
• Deep-Dive Audits.Responsible for the performance ofspecialized audits as needed.
• Project Management.Responsible for the performance of special projects as needed.
• Process Improvement.Responsible for working with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives as needed.

Required WorkExperience:

• A minimum of five years in the laboratory industry with a background in compliance,billingor medical technology.
• 3 years proven project management skills.

Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of Compliance Policies and impact of potential violations.
• Knowledge of test pricing, CPT coding and reimbursement processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Access, Excel,Wordand Outlook required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Excellent leadership abilities, integrity, trustworthiness, commitment, resilience, highenergyand motivation.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
