*Job Description* We are seeking a *Patient Access Representative* to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls through phone queues, addressing multiple inquiries from members and health plans. You will ensure accurate documentation while maintaining or exceeding productivity standards, including managing *50+ calls per day* with matching records.
*Responsibilities* * Receive and manage high-volume inbound calls from members and health plans. * Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries efficiently. * Accurately document all interactions in accordance with company standards. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. * Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and faxing. *Required Skills* * *Customer Service Excellence* - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * *Data Entry Accuracy* - Ability to input and manage information quickly and correctly. * *Medical Terminology Knowledge* - Familiarity with healthcare terms and processes. * *Healthcare Industry Experience* - Understanding of patient access and insurance workflows. * *Call Center Expertise* - Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
